A shared rota makes it easier to find an evening together or plan childcare. A read-only link shows your schedule without giving anyone your password or permission to change events.
Choose the right calendar
Keep personal appointments separate if you only want to share work. Choose one calendar and an expiry between 1 and 365 days. Names and times are included; pay amounts are never shared.
Keep notes private
Notes and locations are excluded by default. Leave them off if they contain personal or workplace details. Anyone with the link can view it until it expires or you revoke it.
Page or calendar feed
The page works in a browser. The ICS subscription URL works in compatible calendar apps. Those apps control refresh timing, so changes may not appear immediately.
Revoke when you finish
Remove the link in Sharing to stop future access. Revocation cannot erase files or screenshots already saved by a recipient. Create a new link to share again.
