What we store

ShiftPlum stores your name, email, protected password hash, preferences and the calendars, templates and events you create. Do not add client, patient or other information you are not authorized to share with this service.

Why we use this data

To provide sign-in, sync, calculations, exports, account recovery and abuse prevention. Technical logs may contain an IP address, time and request path. Passwords, notes and calendar contents are not sent to analytics.

Guest mode and cookies

The guest calendar is stored in your browser. Clearing browser data can erase it. Essential cookies provide sign-in and form protection. Optional Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika load on public pages only after consent. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings.

Providers and sharing

Hosting uses REG.RU infrastructure. Cloudflare provides DNS, form protection and service email delivery. Analytics providers receive technical events only with consent. Anyone holding a sharing link can read the selected calendar until it is revoked or expires. Shift earnings are excluded from shared links.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while you use the service or until you delete it. Settings let you export your data and delete the account. The active copy is deleted immediately; encrypted backups expire within 180 days and are used only for recovery. Revoking a link cannot delete copies a recipient already saved.
