Getting started
Open the calendar and select a day or Add event. Choose a template or enter your own title and times. Guest data stays only in the current browser.
How do I repeat shifts?
In Templates, create a cycle of shifts and empty days. Select Apply pattern, choose a calendar and dates, then preview. Dates with events are skipped by default.
Where is my schedule on another device?
Sign in to the same account. Guest data does not automatically sync: after registration, import it into your account using the button in the calendar.
How do I recover access?
Use a password reset email or the recovery key saved when you registered. Recovery rotates the key. Never share your password or recovery key.
How do reminders work?
Reminders are included in your personal ICS export. Import it into a calendar app and enable its notifications. The website does not send background push or email reminders.
Which ICS files can I import?
Up to 1 MB and 500 individual events per import. ICS recurrence rules are not imported: export individual occurrences or make a ShiftPlum rotation. Duplicate UIDs are skipped.
My estimate differs from payroll
Check rates, breaks, fixed or hourly pay, daily overtime and deductions. ShiftPlum uses the settings you enter; your employer’s rules may differ.
